We can do a complete exterior cleaning with specialized chemicals and pressure washing for your roof, gutters, windows and siding.

We can replace interior and exterior lights, install new fixtures, remove and seal off any exposed wires, install new electrical plugs, new panels and any other electrical needs.

We can maintain your HVAC system and fire system by performing annual checks. This includes services like vent cleaning, sprinkler and fire alarm check and door lock systems (incl. garage systems).

Cleaning and maintaining floors can be difficult sometimes. Luckily, we can strip, buff and polish your floors for you. This is an important part of keeping the interior of your building clean.

We can remove and repair any rot, mould and/or damage to the exterior of your building. This includes looking at your roof all the way down to the bottom of your building.

We can perform annual roof checks, repair exterior leading doors, re-sealing of any windows or doors, checking flashing and gutters, check parking gates/door locks and more! We can also bring in engineers as well to help check the integrity of your building. We can also write up an observational report for your building based off of any other findings we noticed while working.
