My name is Zonya Bach—a determined and accomplished individual, a devoted wife, and a loving mother of two beautiful children. Our home is nestled in the charming town of Mission, BC. My journey into the world of construction began from the very roots, as I was born to a skilled contractor in Richmond, BC. Growing up amidst bustling construction sites, my father, the guiding force, acquainted me with the intricacies of the industry from the time I could walk and talk.

My invaluable experiences culminated when I took on roles as a project manager and safety officer on various construction sites throughout the 2000s. These roles exposed me to the multifaceted aspects of the construction domain, honing my expertise and kindling a passion to carve a new path in the male-dominated industry.
